P790S have diaphragm seal to be combined with a pressure gauge. This product can be utilized in industries such as dairies, dairy products, as well as in food, beverage, biochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, including fermentation and maturation tanks for beer or wine.

from instrument.
Working temperature Ambient : -20 ~ 65 °C
Fluid : Max.121 °C
Diaphragm material Diaphragms are available in many corrosion 
resistantmaterials. Compatibility of selected material 
and processfluid should be determined by the user
Temperature effect Accuracy at temperature above and below the reference 
temperature (20 ℃) will be effected by approximately
±0.5 % per 10 ℃ of full scale
